Absolutely horrible interaction all around and still don't have a sofa!: From the moment we paid for the sofa, this company has been lying to us. First it was a 8 week wait that turned into a 10 week wait. Then there was a delay due to shipping. Nope, then it was a delay due to manufacturing. Then Christmas rolled around and they promised we would have a sofa by Christmas. Despite a delivery truck coming to our house on Dec. 22, there was no sofa for us (poor delivery guys had no idea what was going on). Do we spent the holidays without a sofa. Then, after waiting 15 weeks, we finally got a loaner sofa. After waiting a total of 24 weeks, we decided that, enough was enough, and we want our money back + compensation. We were told by customer service that this had to be done at the store. We were told by the store that we had to write them a letter. Now, two addition weeks later, the order is still not cancelled - apparently this has to be done in the store. Guess what, only the store manager can process this and he is away. So, despite a 26 week wait, we still haven't been able to cancel the order, get a refund, or discuss compensation. Further, the only response to our compensation claim from them was, after several attempts to get this information from Customer Service, I was told I would have to go to the store and have them print the notes on our invoice. Seriously?

We bought kids furniture and a king size divan bed from this shop 4 years ago. Pleased to say that the manager of this shop took some extra efforts to help us select the right product and also offered great managers discount on our purchase to beat online offer prices. Overall very happy with the quality of the products and the shopping experience.

I will never place an order with this company again. We placed an order 31st december 2016, we got a text saying all good with our order then a call to say the chair fabric had been discontinued , we reluctantly picked another fabric ,delivery phone call to confirm date then text for time slot but on day no sofa rang customer services who had no idea where the sofa was rang branch who got me a temp sofa as our old one now removed but told we need to reorder the sofa the seat was found but was supposed to be delivered yesterday but hey ho no seat so stick your order i gave you a second chance only for you to mess up again so i will be getting my money back ,your one star isnt even a worthy rating it should be a negative

Lovely people that let you shop at your own pace. Found a amazing ex display corner sofa at a very good price and was in my living room within 48 hours . So comfy everyone loved it. Thank you Harvey's for making my chrChrist happy and comfortable

4 months on, still no sofa. Complain in store they say ring customer services, customer service say complain in store. They want to charge me to cancel order. Then they cock up payment and I have to go and sort that out again. No apologies no one will take any notice of my complaint. Complete incompetence. They make fake promises to get a sale and fall short of delivering them

Absolutely incredible service by Sherif. He took amazing care of us and ensured a super fast delivery date. Didn't pressure us into buying anything we didn't want and treated us with most politeness and courtesy. Not to mention how awesome our sofa is. We shopped around and couldn't find anything we liked, within the first 2 feet of stepping into Harvey's we found our perfect sofa. Would definitely recommend! 👌🏼

Worst service I have ever seen in my life. DO NOT buy any furniture from them. i ordered three pieces from them 1.5 months ago. But still no delivery after 2 months. While i spoke to their sale team, they said, after waiting for one and half month, all because the furniture are no longer produced and they have no stock (why to get customer order them if they were not continued). to be fair, one out of three just delivered couple of days ago after more than one month waiting...

Ordered a sofa , waited over 7 mths . Called customer services to be told that my order would be delivered within the week . 2 days later I recieved a call saying that the sofa i ordered that they had no more stock and had been discontinued . Very poor service.
