Great furniture at a good price. Sindy and Dan couldn’t have helped more with when choosing our furniture and collecting it - great effort, thank you both!

I just give them a call to double check if they got some more stock for these to bedside tables and Dan Wheeler was more than helpful he took the pics of these and email to me to make sure are the correct ones.

In about 15 min I was there to collect them. Very nice staff.

There was another lovely girl who help me with something other bits, as well.

Amazing service from Sunday, super helpful and attentive, we witnessed how she also interacted with other people and were just blown away! My husband and I visited on Sunday just eyeing a kitchen bench initially! We got lots of stuff from the shop and no doubt will be frequenting!

Extremely nice staff. We couldn't find what we were looking for, however, we had a lovely walking and browse around. The prices are very reasonable. Free car park on site for up to 3h.

Terrible terrible service. Ordered living room furniture beginning of August 2021 had 'most' things delivered on 21st December 2021 but still waiting on a small unit which will take it to almost 7 months to get 4 items of furniture delivered. I've had to ring and chase the store for this last item 4 times since 21st December and still no delivery date.
Furniture's lovely and can't fault it for the price but you can get just as good deal somewhere else and the service couldn't be much worse.
I will never use Furniture Warehouse Northampton again and I advise you not to.

Went in here to have a look and after speaking to the very knowledgeable staff for about half hour they had directed me to what I was looking for and help me decide on my new lovely furniture... with a combination of quality and low prices I don't mind waiting the lead times provided, also there new 5 years extended warranty mean I now don't have to worry about any problems that may occur in the future, I will definitely be returning soon to complete my furniture layout. Also josh wasn't too pushy with the sale and was very flexible and willing to work him instead of telling me what to get and when to get it.
