Wandered in when shopping for a sub £500 sofa and it was next to dfs. Seemed to be very similar prices and likely quality to dfs, the main difference which we liked was the "sofas by you" collection allowing almost 100 choices of fabric vs. the dfs 10 or so. Beware the cat b and c fabrics cost well over £100 more which is quite a lot extra on a cheap sofa. Also delivery is compulsory at over £50, making the "from £xxx" labels on the sofas incorrect as you cannot buy it at that price. Also estimated delivery time of 8-9 weeks was a bit long.

Salesman was helpful and about average pushiness expected from a sofa shop. In the end went with dfs and saved £150 on list price and delivery.

We ordered a table last November with the promise that it would be delivered before Christmas. I took a day off to receive the delivery but it did not arrive....despite going to the store and requesting a new delivery date no-one from Harveys have got back in touch with us. I have just tried calling their customer services number and was told there would be a 45 minute wait. The staff at the shop are polite but I would not recommend this outlet to anyone else, appalling service.

Please read the negative reviews on Trust pilot before buying anything from Harvey's, the in store salesmen are very friendly and good at their job but Harvey's aftersales teams are useless and rude! You will end up dealing with their customer service team which is a chore with long waits as they only have a phone centre, no online.

Went in for a look came out £1700.00 lighter. Bought a new 3 piece staff absolutely great. No pressure to buy or sales pitch. When we bought it no massive waffle just straight to point thank god. Hate when they go on and on .

Stuart was super helpful! We ordered a couch couple of weeks back and called up to set a deliver date today. Apparently only time available was in 5 weeks time!! Called up Salisbury and spoke to Stuart who managed to move it forward to next week! Thanks so much 👍🏼

really poor service things missed off our order, pressure to buy as there ‘wouldn’t be this item in the sale again’ (it now is) delivery date moved x3 times but the store don’t call you to make you aware of this you have to keep calling them! please read online reviews about delivery service before buying from Harvey’s!

A very nice store the staff were very helpful and friendly and didn't push just to make a sale the layout was very eye catching and clean

Went in for a mattress from Benson for Beds franchise. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would recommend.
