We ordered a table, sideboard, bookcase and 4 chairs from Harveys. After waiting several weeks longer than the original estimated delivery date our order finally turned up today.

Unfortunately the bookcase was damaged and so this means they had to return the ENTIRE order back to the warehouse. There was nothing wrong with the other items but company policy states they cannot deliver a part order.

What an absolute crock of s**t that is! Never heard something so moronic and I will never use this joke of a company again.

Found a lovely chair in the sale. As it didnt fit in the car asked for delivery but for sale items they dont actually deliver themselves, instead they ask a third party delivery company. Took weeks to negotiate anything as they couldnt get the guy on the phone, plus £50 for a small chair!
In the end we chose to hire a van and pick it up. Lots cheaper!

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Ordered a sofa off them in november, Paid upfront just under £2000, Expected delivery was the end of February, Its now the 14th of April and all we have had is phone call after phone call every couple of weeks or so saying there's been "Another Delay" with our order, A couple of times they've even stated they don't know where the sofa is. I've now cancelled the order and will be refunded in full and have made an Official Complaint. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FURNITURE STORE, I've gone to DFS And there highly recommended with decent customer service which can't be said about harveys. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a sofa on 1st September 2018, originally told 9 week wait for delivery. Still no sofa almost 5 months later. Would not recommend.

Signed a credit agreement on a replacement sofa as it was slightly more expensive than the sofa that we had that was faulty. Signed this agreement with a Paige Turner on the 28 January 2019 when the sofas had been made and ready for delivery. We were given a delivery day of today (27th February 2019) and were told we would get an AM or PM Delivery slot. Spoke to Harvey's Yesterday 26th February 2019 as we hadn't had this slot yet and were told we would get it by the evening. Nothing else was said to us on that call about our account. Called Harvey's this morning and were told that no credit agreement had been set up and that our order was taken off the lorry, even though we have the paperwork with the Account number and Agreement number all signed and dated by Paige Turner on the 28th January 2019.

Absolute incompetence. We have a damaged sofa which is damaging our carpet and even though we told them this they didn't make any effort to help me further. This is not the first time we have had problems with Harvey's Worcester. So advice to you would be avoid Harvey's, look at the other reviews posted here and choose another place to order your furniture. They are rude, unhelpful, dont have any time for you when you have problems and will not rush for you in anyway.

Purchased a pair of three seater setees. Upon delivery one section was found by the delivery man to have crush damage and so a replacement was ordered. Didn't realise until the next delivery that they intended to replace both (to keep the degree of sunlight fade even, apparently). The replacement for the non faulty couch has a fair sized gap at the point where the two vertical halves of the assembly come together (it IS connected together properly). Not bad enough to make a fuss over but a bit of a niggle - enough to stop me thinking of Harvey's as the place to go in future.

Easy access, relaxed atmosphere and a good range of stock. Plenty of parking in front of the store. We were approached by a member of sales staff who was helpful but not pushy.

Update: After sales took a long time but eventually came up with the solution. Very nice delivery team.
