I was looking for a company to do my flooring and came across Madina Carpets so i went and ordered ordered some wooden flooring. I have to say the customer service was absolutely excellent. They came and measured my house immediately and as soon as i went to choose the flooring they gave me a date straight away. The flooring was completed within the next few days and i am very impressed with the level of quality that was put in the work. Impressively the work was done within a day and i was more then happy with my flooring. It came as quite a shock how much they were charging for the quality of work as i would have expected it to be a lot more considering how well the flooring looks. I have a lot of bent walls in my house but the workers were easily able to overcome this issue. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do up their house.

My first purchase was from Madina Carpets 15 years ago. My carpets and floorings were fitted to absolute perfection I couldn't fault a thing. since then i have been recommending them to all my friends, families and relatives, until our recent experience.
My cousin has had her carpet and laminates done during Ramadan 2022. She had really bad experience with them and warned me of everything that's been mentioned in all the reviews. I assumed perhaps while fasting they may not have done certain jobs properly or that they are really busy in the shop.
so i went ahead and booked them, not once i mentioned or asked for a discount, I just felt bad that we've had to re arrange dates and change out flooring selection.
Anyway, i don't want to go in details but here's a list of things that went wrong:

* measured kitchen wrong
*did not apply enough adhesive for the liner
* stones were left under the liner
*bathroom liner coming off from the edges
*stairs carpet cut and glued on
* nails sticking out on the stairs (caused injury to my child)
* downstairs laminate makes a lot of sound and shakes when stepped on
* foam under the laminates not glued on so its moving
*poor materials being used under laminate floorings now

There was a remaining balance left to pay, but since we showed them the video of my stairs carpet they stopped bothering us. I'm just really disappointed with their poor service. The brothers really nice and polite but they definitely need to improve their customer service and employ polite and experienced staff so the jobs are done properly and not rushed. When you question them about something that doesn't look right they make you look stupid, as if we don't have no knowledge of anything. Every time i look at my floors i feel like crying.
I do not recommend them to anyone anymore, I just hope they improve their service for future or else they will loose loyal customers.

I had to chase a lot as they are very busy. After completing the job they left all the boxes and mess and no one came to pick it up. Job completed superficially and when I found issues they didn’t reply. some of the skirting come off. No one ever replied and one year later the issues are still there. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend.

From start to finish I cannot fault the team and their exceptional customer service and workmanship.
Big thanks to owners for being so patient with my indecisive choice and to the fitters for being so co operative.

I bought two beds from here and I am not happy with it. The quality is not good. I got mugged! Won't be returning sorry

Poor service. i was walking around for good 45 mins no one came to me. every time i tried to make a conversation they ignored me. I observed that they are ideal for older Bengali generation not for the younger gen. We understand quality more and we asking probing questions regarding products which they don't like. They haven't adapted their customer service skills. they operate as if they are in the 80's. They also charge similar to mainstream shops now anyway so you are better of going to them. you get service and good after sale service too.

Hands down this is worst customer service experience i have ever encountered. I visited the place on Day1 where the agent (which seems to be one person) whilst chewing on building nut the person told md to send videos of the area to be covered. I sent detailed videos with measurements. No response for 24 hours after the message were read. I tried calling, they picked up and told me to call back in 30mins. I called back there is no answer. Having tried calling several times i decide to go in store the next day. The guy makes me wait 20mins before seeing me, he does the measurements and prices the job, i am about to agree and pay a deposit when i realised he was charging me extra for something a competitor wasnt. So i tell him look lets reduce it to match competitor. He tells me to call tomorrow and finalise and he will work something. I try calling several times next day when he eventually picks up and tells me to call back in an hour. Then i call back in an hour and he said call back in 5 minutes. Losing patience I decide i have had enough. So i look online for the carpet and find a cheaper price than what he is quoting. I call a local carpet fitter and agree a price for fitting. After 3 days my carpet is fitted and i am happy bunny having saved almost 200 pounds. My advise is avoid this place, go there and have a look at the carpet you want and search online or go another local retailer, its a competitive market and this guy forgets people have plenty of options and needs to learn customer service or just general manners.

Recently ordered carpets and bed. Firstly shol is big over 2 floors. Hardly any staff around to help. They take card payments for carpets. But not for furnitures. Delivery dates on 2 occassions. They have been late and no communication. Products delivered are Good quality but pricey. Unprofessional staff. All rubbish and packaging left behind at address. They refused to take it with them. This is unacceptable.
