Prior to ordering I was able to get an email response to confirm that the product was definitely in stock.This saved me ordering direct from Denmark, with higher P&P and longer delivery time. The Georg Jensen Helena Rohner keyring arrived very quickly. Packaging somewhat OTT! Glad it came in a proper box as it was a present. I have not physically been able to check the product as it was sent via a relative, but I was very pleased to be able to order this iconic gift for a special birthday present. Thank you, I would order from you again.

Very disappointed with the service. Was advised 10 days ago my item was ready for delivery. I had to chase for a delivery date. I have now waited in all day. No delivery. No word from the (expensive) courier. No word from Skandium, and can’t get through on the phone. Rubbish service.

I have lost all confidence in this company and am now wondering if I’ve been scammed. Ordered a lamp as a present for a friend on 20th July. Website said the item was in stock and my order confirmation said it would be dispatched within in 1-2 days. Nothing then heard for 6 weeks. Then an email on 31st August claiming it had been ‘shipped’. That was 10 days ago - still nothing and no reply to my emailed complaint. I am now left embarrassed that my present didn’t show up will now demand my money back given this appalling and misleading service. I used this company on the strength of their reviews, a decision which I now totally regret.

Unbelievably poor service. Did not hear anything for weeks then was told to expect delivery 2 weeks ago but it has not come. They have stopped replying to emails and the phone goes unanswered. I'm guessing they're going or have gone bust, or I've been scammed. Really disappointing as they have been good in the past. If no response in a week will have to try for a refund through my credit card company. How do they expect to stay in business with service like this?

Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered - placed an order on an item 10 days ago and was told 1-2 days for dispatch. Had no communication to let me know where my order is or when it may arrive. Have contacted customer services and had no response.

Echoing the other recent reviews... Ordered a picture frame. Supposed to be available but isn't. Ended up cancelling part of the order - meaning the shipping cost were more expensive than the updated order...

I wouldn't have said anything but it is the second time I am facing such issues with Skandium ... First time it took them 3 months to deliver the object.
Anyway, I learned my lesson, and will not order with them again.

I ordered from Skandium, after chasing the whereabouts of my order they advised they didn’t have the product in stock, but assured me it would be in stock in a couple of weeks. 4 weeks later I chased, still no stock. I then had to chase for my refund and chase again for the delivery charge to be refunded (what cost is there to deliver nothing?)
I’m not sure how you can take money for goods that you don’t even have.
Very disappointing. I like your stock, but have no faith that I’d receive anything I order.
