Suite Dreams

Writing this review on behalf of my Nan as she doesn’t have Facebook. This company is terrible I am not sure how it continues to keep running. I ordered a two seater and an arm chair from this store which they claimed to be “made to order” when they arrived I noticed they were out of line the fabric was not attached correctly to the wood, the legs were all bent and the whole sofa itself was out of shape and not something I wanted to keep considering the price I paid for it, also I’d like to note the legs and colour was completely different to what I had seen and agreed to in the store, when I had mentioned this to them they said it “made to order” and “bespoke”. They allowed to return but they had to “remake the sofas due to them being bespoke” so I had to wait with my faulty furniture until it was sorted. Took ages for delivery and collection of older sofa, and constantly told different things by different members of staff. Finally when the replacement sofa arrived I noticed it was coming unstitched the sofa was lop sided and out of shape again meaning the cushions did not even fit on the sofa properly, again the legs misshaped and warped. I went into the store and asked for my money back and refunded as still having issues, alright yes the apology was made. However you left me with no sofa which left me sitting on cushions and a small wooden table as a put together chair, and no refund returned to my bank account for 3/4 weeks which is an absolute disgrace. I’ve been in and out of the store most times when I’ve come into town to chase payment which has caused me stressed, went to my bank, you also checked your accounts and this had been verified so why was the refund taking so long was not understandable. I paid half cash and half card. You have attempted to give me the money back in the form I paid half via transfer using banking card company refund option, and secondly the rest was given via a direct bank transfer from one of the staff members. The second half was not given back in cash which is technically breaking the law as the money should be returned in the same way as the sale was made. The refund was cancelled and done twice, which also delayed the process. All the staff are full of excuses, and different stories are told by different people. The manager was supposedly going to allow me to keep the sofa until I received the refund and ordered new furniture but this did not happen, I’m disgusted that it’s taken this long and you have left me with no sofas. Terrible communication, terrible staff, and lack of care when it came to sorting this out. It has caused me stress, made me not be able to sleep as I’ve been worried about it, I’ve had to waste several trips into town to hear rubbish excuses and move no further forward. I would like more of a response in regards to the issues you have caused, and I would like to mention I will not recommend you to anyone, I’m afraid a £10 coffee will not cut it for all the drama you have caused as far as compensation goes. Please respond to this.

Had a recliner sofa delivered from this company over two weeks ago.
It has not worked properly since day one.
I have phoned the company 10 times to get this resolved and each time to be fobbed off.
Appalling after sales service would never reccomend.

Purchased a sofa set and a sofa bed. Very efficient and same day delivery at no extra cost. Highly recommended.
