Sit Kneel Chairs

These are fantastic chairs! I have had and used mine for nearly 10 years, and have no intention in replacing it anytime soon! The padfing has hardly worn and does not reflect the age of the chair. So very well made.

I ordered a chair a month ago and Payment was taken promptly. It took some time to get an explanation for the delay in delivery, but I have now had a full explanation and look forward to receiving a chair soon.

I've had one of Nigel's chairs for years and am very pleased with it. When a friend wanted a kneel chair I had no hesitation in recommending Sit Kneel Chairs. I placed an order in October 2020 for delivery before Christmas 2020 - It's now mid-May 2021 and we still have no chair. Something's up - nobody answers the phone or replies to email. The website is still taking orders. Don't part with your money until you are SURE others have had their orders fulfilled. We've given up and are waiting now to see if the bank will refund the amount paid.

I placed an order for a chair in December and I have still not received it. There were personal challenges. But it has been radio silence for a few months now. :( I do wish the team the best but taking money and not responding doesn’t sit well.

Please don't buy..... Whether his difficulties are genuine or not, this man has had our money since December and won't even reply to a signed for letter. We have to presume he intends to keep the money then. If his difficulties are genuine, then he should pull the site and stop taking people's money

I ordered a chair from them last Summer, it never arrived I had to use charge back on my credit card in the end. I was fobbed off with loads of excuses. I have attached the last email that was sent. I am surprised they are still taking orders.

One star is too many - do not buy from this Company they take your money and do not communicate - Be warned stay away
