Totally inattentive staff, more interested in finishing their coffee than having any interest in my needs or requirements. Clearly used to doing very little and not prepared to change approach. If they were my staff they would be seeking new employment.

Very helpful and pleasant polite staff they are professional and gave us the information we need when we were inquiring about reclining chairs .We purchased 2 electric leather recliner chairs and are very happy with them so thank you for all the help your staff gave us .

This is a great shop for furniture. Parking is easy. We were met at the entrance by a lady who was the perfect sales person. The contents of the shop are well set out and we were encouraged to try a wide range of products. The lady shop assistant was very helpful and friendly throughout our visit.
