Amazing service from Nick from the time we walked into the showroom. Super friendly and great with technical recommendations and making sure we were not buying a sofa too big for the room. Helped with the colour swatches in the final stages, as did his colleague Alicia who was very helpful in matching up fabric samples I had given her. Wonderful friendly atmosphere and you were made to feel very welcome even to being offered a coffee! You never felt rushed or pressured and we will definitely be back for any future purchases we may need. Thank you Nick!

We just visited the Henley store. Nick and Alecia were incredibly friendly and informative and helped us choose two fantastic sofas. They were able to show us the design of the sofas with our chosen fabrics and even managed to finish the look by showing it against our paint and carpet colour scheme so we could confidently know we had chosen well. Thank you so much. We received a very bespoke service.

This feels like a family business - friendly knowledgeable staff, great service and attention to detail at every stage. The final result is everything I hoped for - a beautiful sofa, crafted to our specific requirements. Thank you S&S and Alicia and John from the Henley store in particular!

Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to help and advise us in buying out new sofa. They gave us plenty time and space to make our decision and were on hand to answer any questions, but without being intrusive.
There was a significant delay in delivering our sofa, but the staff were quick to communicate, explaining why there was a delay and even sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers in appreciation of our patience and to apologise. This was a lovely touch and was much appreciated.
When the sofa was delivered the delivery team were helpful and friendly.
We are delighted with our new sofa, it looks great and is extremely comfortable.

We were travelling through Henley by boat and happened to find this lovely Sofa shop!! The staff were very helpful and obliging, especially Sarah, providing me with lots of fabric swatches and endless quotes as I could not decide which of these lovely sofas to order!! I was most impressed that they are all hand made in the UK. Finally I have made up my mind and am so excited to receive my new sofas!!! Altogether a very good experience!!

We were treated as if it were a private viewing on both occasions we visited Sofas and Stuff Henley. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and could not do enough to help, even to the point of giving our 4 year old daughter an ice lolly and the run of the store!

The range of sofas, unlimited choice of fabrics and clever software that enables you to see the sofas in your own room, all contribute to making to S&S Henley the best place we found for sofa shopping. Having Rugs of Petworth in store works really well and enhances the experience.

Had a great experience at the Henley store.
We were uncertain about what we wanted. Without any sales pressure and much patience John talked through the various sofa options. We discussed budget and fabric choices and received confirmation quotations by email .We have placed an order and look forward to receiving delivery of our new sofa !

We have purchased 2 sofas from Sofas & Stuff (Henley branch) and we are really pleased with the style and the quality of the sofas. The staff in the shop and delivery staff were always very helpful and they are all committed to excellent customer service. Nick Ferguson the store manager ensured we were always kept informed of delivery timescales and also dealt with any queries we had. All issues were quickly resolved. Great store, Great people and would definitely use this company again.
