Do not order blinds or curtain tracks here!! I had to do all the chasing up, (despite them being in the shop for WEEKS!!) I thought paying exorbitant prices the service would be exceptional, alas my blind looks like one that you could purchase at quarter of the price, their fitting of it is diabolical, it doesn't fit in the window properly & my window frame has been damaged. (Please see photos for the quality of this outfit!!!) AVOID!!

Lovely meal in the restaurant. Was rather busy but found a table and service was good. Portion sizes were generous and quite tasty. The salmon quiche was very good indeed. The banoffee pie was nice but was a little hard for my liking.

Good size shop, beautiful displays and clean toilets. Staff was really helpful in the shop and cafe. But really could improve their coffees. Flat white looks like cappuccino.

Lovely furniture shop with an amazing cafe. All staff are helpful and friendly. The food is very tasty with a great variety on the menu and their furniture is of a very high quality. Highly recommend a visit.

Had a voucher for afternoon tea for two. We arrived and were greeted by Julia one of the friendly staff members. We were invited to choose our seating, being fairly spacious we were spoilt for choice, but chose one of the various seats by the windows. Once settled Julia came to take our order, explaining what we could choose from the menu..We weren't disappointed. It was all very nice indeed, which finished off a lovely day with my fiancée

Fantastic service! Really great experience ! Purchased a rug , but should have liked to purchase a lot more as there was loads of items I liked. This is by far the best place we have visited in our search for a rug as far as service goes it's tops. Thanks especially to Phil.

Extremely obnoxious staff.
Going to be waiting over a month after the estimated due date to be told if I cancel they will take 20%.
When I said I'm not happy I had the phone put down on me.
Customer service absolutey atrocious !!...

We went in to store to look for a new rug for our lounge. We found one we liked and were told the rug was in stock. When we agreed to buy the rug they took the one off display for us. We were told it was new and not been up there long so could not offer any discount. The rug was £250, when we arrived home and unrolled the rug we noticed a few crumbs embedded into the rug. We hoover the bits out we could see. Now two days later all our dogs have been nosing all through the rug constantly finding more bits to eat.
We have been offered a refund if we bring the rug back, we’ve also been offered to bring the rug back and wait for a new one to arrive to collect. If we lived round the corner it would be all okay but we live 30 miles away.
