Lovely service and customer compassion, unfortunately the mattress came with huge, brown stains I can only hope were chocolate. Also witnessed two teenagers engaging in sexual activities under a pine dressing board, although I’m not complaining about that ;)

Helpful and good value for money range.

I purchased a bed from the store two or three weeks ago and would like to report how happy I am with both the customer service from the staff and the product itself.

Having ordered a bed from IKEA at the end of June and having to wait six weeks for a delivery, which itself cost £40, I was disappointed to find the product was of such poor quality. The headboard and sides were of a cheap, hollow wooden construction, fitted together largely with wooden dowels which frayed under my weight. Within a week, the bed had collapsed and I had sent it back for a full refund.

Having shopped around, it soon became clear than under current COVID restrictions, ordering from a larger chain store would mean waiting a month or two for them to import the bed and deliver it to me. I decided to shop around locally, inquiring about beds that were in stock, and rang up Greyfriars on the day of purchase. I spoke to Cory on the phone, who reassured me that they did have a range of selected beds in store to take away that day, or to be delivered within a week, free of charge.

I popped down that afternoon and again spoke to Cory, who was every bit as accommodating in person and he was over the phone. He talked me through their range of stock according to what I was after, without trying too hard on the upsell, and I arranged for my new bed to be delivered in the coming week.

The difference in quality from the IKEA bed was easily recognisable when I was able to get it unpacked and ready for setup. Putting the bed together was straight forward and easy to follow, taking no more than half an hour, compared to the several hours I took over the IKEA bed. I am delighted with the product and have enjoyed a good couple of weeks of restful sleep. Thanks very much and highly recommended.

i started off my bedroom furniture search at this shop, few years ago, then went round loads and loads of bedroom shops in staffordshire, (yawn) i wasnt impressed, ended up coming back to this shop as there bedroom furniture is top notch quality, wheels are on a lot of there furniture, which is a great help for me as i am always moving furniture around the house,, moved furniture that many times, and still the furniture is as good as new, so i am really really pleased with my furniture, and the staff, are always very helpful pleasant, and honest , so i highly recommend, yes you may be able to get bedroom furniture a bit cheaper, but it probably wont last as long . so its false economy, i have bought stuff from same shop in hanley, and been verrry pleased, its a family run business,. thank you

Ordered a king-size bed base, footboard, winged headboard and mattress. Staff are amazingly helpful and the price was low! Good value for money. Super happy with my purchase :)
