Reproduction Furniture

We ordered one item at first and we now have had 10 pieces made to our design. I have to say we have found them very helpful and willing to make items to our requirement while maintaining a very high standard. We are that pleased we have now ordered another 3 items in the same mahogany and looking forward to delivery in early 2021

What else is there to say, nothing. it’s good to find a company that still sticks to standards even during these trying times.

I was very impressed with the piece of furniture I ordered. Although there was a delay in delivery due to the Covid 19 Pandemic., I was kept informed of the situation. I have to say that when my order arrived, the picture on the website did not do the cabinet justice. It is beautiful. All visitors/neighbours remarked on its quality and style. I will certainly us this Company again for any future needs.

I recently ordered a magazine rack/ side table from reproduction furniture. It was ordered just before the pandemic and despite the problems was delivered as soon as lockdown was lifted. I am so delighted with this piece if furniture , it is exactly what I needed for a space next to my chair and has been beautifully finished off. I would definitely order from this company again as the workmanship, and customer service was first class.

We have bought 4 pieces of mahogany furniture (2 wine tables, oval coffee table and a medium dining table)from them over about 4 years. Quality has always been excellent and the service friendly and reliable. Thoroughly recommend.

I am truly delighted with the TV Unit, delivered just before Christmas as promised, it is of excellent quality and suits our other lounge furniture perfectly, as if it had always been there. The wood stain colour, that you were very patient and understanding about, is a perfect match. You have one very happy customer.

I have just received my reproduction antique mahogany TV cabinet and it compliments and matches my antique Edwardian furniture brilliantly. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and I must also compliment the standard of the packaging which ensured it arrived at my doorstep undamaged. All of this earns from me a five star + rating.
I did suggest to Andy that perhaps he should consider changing their courier who turned up 16 hours late, very grumpy and without any appology or explanation for his tardy arrival. The courier's attitude in my view is unnecessarily blemishing the excellent reputation of this super firm.

I have recently used Reproduction Furniture's services to repair a leather chair that I bought from them in 2013. I only asked for the arms to be recovered, as the ends had worn through, but they completely reupholstered the whole chair for the cost of repairing the arms. The chair is now like new and I cannot thank Sales Manager Ricky and Despatch Manager Andy enough for their very friendly, courteous and helpful service. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because on the first booked delivery date, my chair did not arrive and I was not kept informed as to why not. I was told the next day that it was unavoidable, as their van was stuck in traffic due to an accident. Andy promptly rearranged the delivery and it arrived a week later. I am very happy with the service I received and would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

The service was beyond first class with everyone in the team pulling out the stops to get this order out quickly. The furniture itself is beautifully made and top quality. In this day and age the personal touch is hard to find but not with Reproduction Furniture.
