Excellent goods and service

We have just taken delivery of 8 items of Bristol Oak Furniture. We visited Old Creamery in Yeovil to view the furniture before placing an order. The time from placing the order online to delivery was only two weeks
We are delighted with the look and quality of the furniture which arrived extremely well wrapped and protected in boxes.
Everyone we have dealt with at Old Creamery have been helpful and knowledgeable. Also their carrier Plus UK were excellent.
We would not hesitate in recommending The Old Creamery as they are an excellent company.

It's difficult to write a review for this shop that really does it justice only to say a truly outstanding. Many thanks to Simon, Bernie and the delivery men.

I needed a mattresses asap they sorted that out then when we picked it up I realised I had ordered the wrong size and need a king size not a double this was at 5 past 5 in the eve and they close at 5 pm so I didn’t hold out much hope but the telephone was answered and they were able to get me a king size so took mattress back got right size at last I can only say how brilliant these guys were for sorting this out and I would highly recommend going to the Creamery in Yeovil again guys you saved my day and I will be forever great full

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a very BIG thank you to Garry who I spoke to just before Christmas about the demise of my 91year old Father with dementia and who is immobile too and the fact that he had somehow damaged the remote control on his recliner chair. The shop had quoted £110 for a new remote and£40 for installation. Following an email to Garry and his subsequent phone call to me, he assured me that he would do everything he could to get everything put right. He kept coming up against hurdles, but he would phone with reassurance and problems solved. I told him that he was amazing and all of his work was really appreciated. So I am writing to let you know that I think that Garry went above and beyond the call of duty. His kindness and thoughtfulness will always be remembered by our family - who I might add - have been loyal customers for many years. So on that note, we will continue for some years to come to be loyal to The Old Creamery.
