My boyfriend and I ordered a bed from here. Very good quality and reasonably priced. A receipt was written out for us with the specifications we desired and I was going to pop back in to pay a few days later. The man who served me, later on in the week, did not listen to what bed I wanted and wouldn't let me explain that a receipt had already been written with the order on it. Instead, he made me waste around 30mins of my time, re-ordering what I had already ordered. He made a mistake and I was rung later in the week to be told I had under paid. Not my fault, yet I was made to feel it was and was forced to travel from Devon to Yeovil. No apology just made to feel, it was my fault. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately no longer as good as it was. Prices are too high for low quality, dated furniture. Loads of gross old sofas that look like they should be chucked, not sold. Such a shame as this was an enjoyable shop to look at, with the potential to get some reasonable furniture. I only go now to look at the large array of books and with the hopes the furniture side will improve.

Just bought a lift and recline chair for my husband who is poorly and sent my son in to look at it for me. Just had it delivered yesterday and I am absolutely delighted with it. The chair is in excellent condition and hardly used. Service and goods have been excellent.

20 pounds for delivery in Yeovil is a bit high having in mind you are there to save money...Otherwise, very good place to buy whatever you need for home.

I needed to buy furniture and have it delivered in a relatively short period of time. Darrell was incredibly efficient and helpful and there was an excellent selection to choose from at very reasonable prices.
