Very helpful and non pushy staff. We found a sofa here, which virtually matched a discontinued M & S sofa.
Prices similar to high street, but the majority are factory supplied new.
Would recommend a visit.

Great little gem of a shop. Fabulous furniture at a great price. A friend visited and sent me photos of all the things that would go well in our new renovated kitchen/snug. So we popped by next day and came home with a polished concrete table and cow pelt rug. Great place for quirky and unique things.

Lots of choice for sofa & chairs. Not many beds. Was expecting cheaper prices tbh. Was looking for few pieces of furniture, but no luck. Also staff could be a bit more friendly. We were no approached once for help.

We have purchased from Trade Secret previously and were now looking for a modern 2 seat sofa. Their offerings are very disappointing bearing in mind modern UK houses are getting smaller - what's the issue with these huge settees with their massive arms. I'm sorry but you're not servicing the modern market well enough.

Wow and wow again....I have been buying goods from this store in Banbury 4 years....but this week when I brought a new set of sofas and man with a van let me down...the staff their made a pksn to have my goods delivered....from the beginning to the end the service I received was fantastic....all the staff really helped me.. ..thank u and I will be sending done cakes in soon...thanks Heather

Recently bought a corner sofa from here. Great price and really helpful staff. Friendly and loaded the van for me.
Would highly recommend if you want quality high street furniture at a heavily discounted price!
