Very helpful & friendly. Great furniture ranges to suit all budgets. I felt absolutely no pressure, but the team couldn't do enough to find the pieces I was after. Was able to order a gorgeous table & daybed, price ( which includes delivery & assembly) very fair.

Would not recommend, delivered damaged goods and it took 11 weeks to replace! No communication from them, kept saying they would keep in touch and ring at intervals...this never happened it was always me calling them.
When they eventually came to replace the damaged goods they blamed an old employee for the damage when it was the owner who delivered them!

Lovely shop but very expensive.

Excellent service. Sam ordered me a 2 and 3 seater sofa and told me the approx delivery day which was spot on. She worked round my times to be in. They were delivered with no hassle and they took the packaging away. I found the experience of buying at Sam's so easy, helpful and freindly. I will recommend this shop as you get personal service from people who care. I will definitely be back. The sofas are brilliant and are so comfy.
