I purchased my sofa after seeing it in my local shopping centre, i spoke to Tilly the lovely sales lady and she was extremely helpful. I was given my delivery date after a few days of waiting, my delivery then arrived on the day by the courier company. they was polite and helpful young men and bought my sofa in to my living room and set it up for me. I dont know what more people expect for that price. Great Service & Im glad that i purchased now.

Was a bit cautious when ordering a sofa at such a low price, but it is amazing!! I ordered the Black recliner sofa online and it’s perfect. Such a high quality product for the price I paid, also the two delivery guys where very cheerful and set up the sofa for me, even took the rubbish as well!!! Happy customer.

WARNING! Take trust in the reviews on Google and be warned this company is bad to deal with. Bought a Sofa from their shop. They promised 3-4 week delivery. 6 Weeks later and still no sofa. They won't give you a refund and they will keep lying to you. After all the problems and delays, on the day of delivery their "Van breaks down" and yet again no delivery.
Once it was delivered it was the wrong sofa!! But as its been said before they literally have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They refused to take the wrong sofa back and refused to give a refund. You will have no option but to take them to court. I wish I read the reviews on here before but I missed them. If your reading this I would advise you to move on to another supplier with better reviews.

Fantastic choices of quality sofas in styles to suit every home and budget. The sales team are amazing and really know which sofa would be best for our home especially having 2 small children. The sofa was delivered in time and the customer care team would send emails and call keeping us in the loop during the days before it was delivered. The team which brought us the sofa were great and even tidied up and disposed of all the packaging. The sofa we bought it's the most comfortable and by far the best sofa I've ever sat on. The quality of the leather is beautiful and the style really compliments our home. This wasn't the original sofa that I thought I would buy but with the help from the sales team, I'm really ecstatic with our choice. I definitely recommend Furniture4u.

We saw Furniture4U at the Ideal Home Exhibtion both my mother and myself have ordered sofas from them. I ordered a sofa bed and for the money it is excellent quality and looks great. Friendly sales staff, delivery on time and excellent service all round. I recommended them to my son and he has also bought one of their sofa beds. There was a slight delay on his delivery but they kept him informed and he is very pleased with his purchase - best price sofas around for the quality.

Excellent service from all aspects. After a slight delay in delivery we received our sofa yesterday. The staff communicated effectively during the delay and chased it up for us. The delivery guys could not be more helpful. We live in a 1st floor flat with small doorways and right angles. The guys tried several ways to get the sofa in and would not give up. The sofa is great value for money and very comfortable.
Now I am a very happy customer who would recommend anyone to buy from you.

The sofa I received was of lower quality than the one seen in the showroom (Since heard this is not uncommon).

Started to sag within a week, when contacted customer service they were unhelpful and confrontational.

They ignored consumer rights (Don’t think they will abide by the law-think of the hassle of taking them to court, which of course they know no one will do)

Overall bought a cheap sofa that didn’t last a couple of months.

Waste of time and money.

Be careful.

I have been waiting for 2 months my sofa... they told me the delivery would be in 2-3 days... after 1 week, I went to the store asking when it will be delivered , they told me that the van was in its own way to my address, but when I went back home I realized that was completely untrue , nothing was delivered. After 2 months they delivered a 2nd hand sofa with no package and an hole underneath ...Avoid this company!
