Ordered two identical side tables (Dakota Dark Mango H Table) through The Range (Range+ partner Verty furniture who are also the same company as Indian Hub) - one week apart. Second table arrived damaged. It was then replaced by a poor quality table that was a completely different colour and half the weight of the original one. This was rejected the day it was received.
Had an absolute nightmare from start to finish in trying to get this replaced and then then refunded. Had to make a formal complaint to the range as they would not even provide me with a returns address. When I eventually got the returns address and returned the table they failed to refund me. They failed to respond in any way to my numerous communications. I was only able to get my money back after raising a dispute with PayPal and then PayPal awarded in my favour.
I would never ever purchase from this group of companies again. The customer service is shockingly bad from both the range and Verty furniture (indian hub) and they do not refund you when goods are returned.
They deliver items at a completely unreasonable time as well. Our delivery arrived at 5.50am which really added insult to the whole experience with these companies.
We then tried to order the same table through a different company- 4Living furniture - whom we thought would use a different supplier. Unfortunately they did not and we had a call from Indian Hub - who were providing the goods for 4Living furniture - advising delivery scheduled between 6am and 9am. We then had an email stating as we had purchased and returned goods from that supplier before we would not be able to arrange for its return if there was anything wrong with it. We immediately cancelled our order as we did not want to take the risk of another poor quality table arriving. 4Living furniture were very good with their customer service and they refunded us immediately without any issues.
It took about 2 weeks to receive the bedside table and dining table set , but Verty furniture provided updates every step of the way.
Overall, this was a great experience. Verty offered great prices and good quality furniture. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!
