I received excellent products, at a great price, with good delivery options. I purchased an electric reclining chair and a leather two seater sofa for my Mum. I was offered a great price, agreed to purchase, and arranged delivery. The items were delivered first thing on the delivery date, and they look great in the lounge.

1st class sales person very knowlegable called in at 11.15 goods delivered less than an hour later beat that on line shoppers fully recomend.

Brought a bed at this store. The person at the counter was super friendly and helpful in getting me the one I wanted. I even had a query after delivery and was able to phone up and ask for help with no issues.
Delivery options were quickly sorted and the item was delivered right when it was scheduled.
It was nice to be able to purchase a bed without being pestered to buy extras like you do in the big stores.

Brought a set of sofas, thought I had an amazing deal. Was so happy to finally get them. Discovered lots of raisens, chocolate bits, old crackers and peanuts down the side of the sofa! Took the bottom sheet off and they all came tumbling out. Not impressed at all . No where where it say these sofas were used and 2nd hand or I wouldn't have bothered. Also, smells of mildew a lot. Not impressed

Great place with items a lot cheaper and same item than the normal leading brand high street supermarkets
