Such a high quality product - far better than others we've had which cost significantly more. Ordering was straightforward, and we were kept informed about delivery from the start. The delivery driver was both polite and helpful, even giving us a couple of useful tips for self assembly. And building it ourselves was straightforward with no hitches (apart from needing help with the doors - the superb quality of the materials was reflected in the weight of the doors!). We are delighted with the end result and have already recommended Arthauss UK to friends.

We had a slight delivery delay due to high demand at the time which we could see during our purchasing process, many items had almost a month difference in delivery compared to what we wanted.

We went ahead knowing this could be delayed.

We contacted support before a due shipping and they confirmed quickly that it might take a few extra days due to backlog.

Perfect, so we prepared for delivery started work on our room.

Delivery came the driver was so strong taking the flat pack down our path, utter respect for him having to do this day to day.

Building the flat pack wasn't too difficult it took us just the first few parts to get used to the schematic style.

Assembly was like any other flat pack and any mechanical parts were in perfect condition.
Any wooden laminate part was well done and no-issue.

It takes time to assemble and just pace yourself really, since it's chip board don't use power tools cause you'll just risk damaging.

Overall I'm really happy with the experiences and results

I took a chance and ordered from Arthauss as been reading some mixed reviews, but I have to say I am pleased with it! The order and delivery went smooth. The estimated time of delivery was earlier than stated which was good and the courier phoned before delivery. The item was bit complicated to put together at first and was worried about broken or missing parts... luckily nothing! Item is sturdy Will buy again !

Ordered a wall bed in May. Delivery was on time and delivery men very polite. We finally put our bed together last week and I'm very happy with the finished product. It's very comfortable and saves so much space.

Scammers!! DO NOT order from this company!! After 2 weeks wood from the pine attachments snapped!! Turns out the side guard we were given is slightly bent. Company telling us it’s our fault and my 7 year old has bent a wooden side guard!! Company says because the slats were installed upside down this has caused the WOODEN side guard to bend due to pressure. Clearly a manufacturer issue but didn’t want to sort it out and just put the blame onto us! I’d love to know how it’s possible for a wooden side guard to bend due to slats being upside down!! After spending over £650 the service I have received is disgusting. Now left with a broken bunk bed I have to resolve myself. The company wanted another £55 from me to get replacement parts!! Also didn’t send enough screws out at the start!! Avoid avoid avoid !!

I ordered a 3 door sliding wardrobe however only received enough screws etc for a 2 door wardrobe, so halfway through assembling I quickly realised I could not finish assembling. I contacted and they did send me more screws however I’m still missing 2 rollers and 2 clamps for the last door so I will need to wait for those to be sent out again in 2 days time… a job that would have taken me a couple of hours will now take me a whole week…

Really happy with the wardrobe I ordered. It is very sturdy and looks great, however, I have only given 4 stars because whilst assembling it we ran into difficulty once we got to putting the back on. In my opinion it is a very bad design and lets it down big time. We followed the instructions but could just not get the back to stay in as it kept popping out. My husband ended up having to reinforce it with some batten. It’s a shame as things were going so well up until that point. There has to be a better design with a sturdier back. Delivery spot on, was kept up to date on the date and time by the delivery drivers.

Purchased Wall bed BC01, units BC07 and BC08 with additional LED lighting strips. After purchase I was concerned when looking at the reviews about minimal instructions for assembly. On assembly everything was labelled very well and the instructions weren’t to bad to fathom out. I think 240 minutes with 3 people to assemble the wall bed is unrealistic. To assemble everything it took me approx 14 hours. Recommendations, put the top wall bed led light strip in after putting in the final piece of wood this allows you to fit it up against the wood so it will be straight. Also when building the bed metal frame, make sure the top piece’s holes are facing upwards. We realised after everything was complete. I ended up drilling new holes to place the two mattress/pillow supports in as there was no way I was dismantling everything. Overall a good quality purchase. Received it earlier than delivery date, just waiting for mattress.
