What a pleasure to deal with such lovely professional people. The communication and service was excellent from start to finish. I am super happy with my sofas and the quality is amazing. They look absolutely stunning in my living room and i would highly recommend this company to anyone. I for one can't wait to have a look around the shop when it opens!

I hardly write reviews but I thought sofa world wales really deserves people to know how good they are..... Being reluctant to purchase anything via a Facebook add I was sceptical when I contacted Paul to inquire about the beautiful furniture in the picture advertised. The customer service was 5* and I felt more confident to go ahead after speaking with Paul and reading some fantastic reviews. My sofas and stool arrived today and I could not be happier , they are even better and more beautiful than what I expected. The quality is fantastic, you can tell that they are made really well and not like the cheap kind you sometimes see in the shops...and they look way more expensive than what I played for them.The delivery drivers did everything on setting them up and went above and beyond to place them tidily. It was tricky to get them into the house due to the narrow entrance but they sussed it easily. What I can honestly say is that this company gives 5* quality goods with a 5* service, will definitely be buying more soon

We only went to look at a couple of things and ended up coming home with a brand new Sofa....

Bought a beautiful Italian Leather Sofa at midday Saturday and by 10.00 am Monday it was delivered taking pride of place in our living room 4 Days before Christmas 🎄

Excellent service! Delivery was quick the guys were so helpful and fitted the sofas in our room. They are great quality. Really can't fault Sofa World Wales. If you need a new sofa this is definitely the place to go.

First of all the build and quality of the sofas are great and the boys in the warehouse do a good job.

Where this place falls down is at its management tier.

We ordered a sofa that specifically wanted dark stained legs/feet. The sofa got delivered with the wrong ones. I have spent weeks asking for the correct ones to be changed of which they have been promised for 2 months now and still not arrived. I have been passed from pillar to post with a raft of excuses including the warehouse was shut, the delivery van broke down, the director was ill blah blah.

I have now been ignored on multiple messages by the manager Felicity and are not getting the feet by the looks of it. The best person who was genuinely doing his best to help, Kurtis has left due to the pure chaos at the management level.

Therefore great sofas but if you need after care or wrong parts replaced forget about it!

Oh and if you are struggling to find the customer number and order its under the name M.Summers and I am more than happy to give you a call to follow up if you even answer!

This is the biggest scandal we have ever experienced in our life’s. We have just bought a sofa from sofa world wales over 3 weeks ago and then on the same day we bought the sofa we have cancelled it then we have informed them via email that we would like to cancel the sofa but they never responded,we have constantly every day called,messaged,emailed but they never responded to us. And then we never got our money back till this day and we are still waiting,we have been going to sofa world wales over 5 times and the store was always closed we began to have a conspiracy that they might have been scammers I advice you all to avoid sofa world wales because they might be scammers!

Very impressed with my experience at Sofa World! Staff were very helpful when my partner and I visited, and helped us with all of our questions. Lots of option and so happy to have the sofa tailored to our needs.

All of the other places had such a long wait on their products, so was very impressed when the sofa came on time and exactly what we ordered.

went to sofa world wales on their open day and the staff were so helpful and lovely, we ended up placing our order that day. Such a wide range of colour and size options which was perfect for us. We had an issue on delivery day and the staff dealt with it straight away and now we are over the moon with the sofa - the quality is amazing for the price paid. Would definitely buy from here again in the future!
