Oak Furnitureland

So far excellent customer service. My items haven't arrived yet but I'm looking forward to receiving them. I'm told they come already built that's a real bonus.
I'll recommend. Lovely smiling faces to welcome you and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Yes no veneer there!

Untrustworthy. On purchase offered two free gifts. Then told only eligible for one. After much discussions it was agreed to honour original offer of two items. On delivery advised that both free gifts had been withdrawn from order. Spoke with customer services who were requested to remove delivery and refund monies. Very helpful and offered to deliver free gifts as agreed with original salesman on day of purchase.

Excellent service, free seven day delivery and non-pushy assistance in store. We were given helpful information about the furniture and then left to browse on our own with staff available if needed. We are very pleased with the quality of the sofa and chair we bought, it was well packaged and the delivery men did a good job of getting it through the door.....just! We have not used Oak Furniture Land before but would definitely use them again and are happy to recommend.

Ordered 3 items, took 2 months to get a delivery slot. This was cancelled so given another slot. Waited in all day. Delivery was supposed to be between 10-1, spent over a hour on hold to customer service to be told the driver is running behind schedule but would be delivered on that date. Had a phone call at 4:30 to say they won’t be delivering that day as the driver has run out of time. Just had a phone call from customer service to rebook delivery only to have to wait another 3 weeks for delivery. Awful company

I have no complaint with the staff at this store.They did their job extremely well. The same cant be said for the aftersales service.
I spent over £3000 with Oak Furnitureland and had absolutely zero after sales service. One of the sofas I bought arrived dirty at both ends because the sofa had'nt been packed properly. I was told when I called the helpline they would send someone out to restore it.i.e.clean it. That was three weeks ago and no one has even called me . In desperation I called the shop,they sent an email to their head office but told me they had no authority over after sales service .
So for reliability Oak Furniture Land scores zero . Wont use them again

Not even worth one star bad service wait long to get it and its not right and still waiting for one chair disgrace that company

Suppose to be delivered today got a phone call to say they would be 30minutes didn't turn up tried customer service for an hour phoned driver twice no answer. Eventually they answered said they would be 15minutes didn't turn up they then phoned and said they were now back on their way back to Liverpool lied and said they had knocked been in all day fed up will be asking for money back .

Very intimidating experience, when you walk through the door they pounce on you. The young inexperienced guy latched on to us and followed us around like a bad smell. Nice products though, pitty we couldn't have been left alone to make a purchase decisions.
