I am so pleased with my chest of drawers.
Before ordering I contacted the company to make sure the finish on the wood would be similar to match up with the furniture I already had and I was told that it was covered by a 30 day no hassle return if it wasn’t so that would be no problem.
The item was delivered earlier than I expected and the company kept in contact prior to delivery.
The delivery driver was very pleasant and did all he could to make the experience easy!
Best of all the chest of drawers was already built so it was just a matter of filling it!
I will definitely use this company again, their customer service was excellent and their product is of very good quality.

How can I leave 0 score? Purchased a chair which has not been delivered. They will not answer the phone and tell me where my £1200 has gone. Website taken off trustpilot now too. Many other people complaining about their missing items. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Just to let you all know that eventually the chair did arrive and they didn’t steal my money.

Really disappointed in the whole transaction to be honest. Website said the delivery was up to 2 weeks. There was a delay due to Brexit, but I wasn't told until I'd phoned 3 times, all for the desk to arrive with half the pieces arriving without any fixing holes in them (as shown in the booklet)

So I've waited the best part of a month for a desk that wasn't as described, and a drawer that I can't even put on the desk.

Very poor service. The suppliers they use are shocking. Won’t deliver to the flat, I had to carry 200kgs of furniture myself. Items arrived damaged, chipped on the corners and dented. The furniture might look pretty in the pictures but the service you’re getting is abysmal

Despite Brexit the furniture was delivered from Belgium, took a while but worth the wait
