We bought an expensive sofa about 8 years ago and we still love it but the cushions had become uncomfortable and had lost shape. We didn't want to buy a new one so we decided to replace the inserts of the cushion and our sofa is transformed, comfortable again and like new!! Customer service fantastic, really helpful, frieny and knowledgeable.

Brilliant service. Phil refilled two seat covers for a large sofa. Extremely professional and polite above all he provided an outstanding service, in a more than acceptable time frame.
