A great place to go for furniture. Massive place. Great selection. Friendly staff.

What started off as a good experience in store very quickly turned in to a disaster. Service in store was great, ordered the sofa end of November and they said straight away it wouldn't be delivered until mid January, which was fine for us. Mid January came and went and no correspondence from store about delays or anything. I called them and they confirmed the delivery wouldn't happen until the third week of March!! At this point we had no sofa anymore! So two more months pass and still don't hear anything from them. Call again and they says it's arrived and ready for delivery! So we arrange to have it delivered the following Monday, with them confirming a call on the Sunday with a time frame and to make the last payment. No one called on Sunday or all day Monday. Monday evening the delivery guys knock on the front door with the sofa!! Got the sofa in, paid the last payment, delivery guys leave and then I realise that the cushions that were supposed to come with it, which we specifically asked if they would, weren't delivered with the sofa.

My wife & I can’t thank Rhian enough for all her hard work in pulling out all the stops to make sure we had our furniture in time for our son’s wedding. Thank you also to Rhys for arranging such a quick, last minute, next day delivery. Thank you Lisa for all your help too. You were all amazing and we were truly grateful for your efforts.

A great place at Llandow Vale of Glamorgan, Showroom and Warehouse Unit 1, Retail Area, where you can actually buy furniture and items for the home. It is good to be able to look at the furniture, open doors, sit on suites and feel how comfortable they are. Last time visited was over 25 years ago but they still sell great quality and value furniture for the home. Very helpful staff I think the gentleman who helped us was named Darren. Well worth a visit.

I purchased my hall bench in July 2021. It is now April 3rd and I was made aware four days ago that it will be out for delivery the following week: I was not consulted on what days I preferred for delivery.

The staff have seemed genuinely lovely to speak to over the phone, I do not believe this is a staffing issue, but a company one. Dreadful stocking issues. I'm surprised I should be paying anything with a NINE MONTH DELAY.

If my item is not up to standard I will be extremely angry and upset.

UPDATE: I should not have bothered: chipped, scratched, the handles are slanted. I was reimbursed approximately £50.00 upon providing the photos. I’m done with this item and I should have bought the same product from Amazon.

Great owners. Helpful, knowledgeable, give lots of time and space to think and try furniture. No pressure. Beautiful, quality sofas! Love the Harris Tweed collection and the Scandinavian reclining couch.

Delivery team was superb, delivered, unpacked and set up our new leather suite and took away all of the packaging. Thank you everyone, we love the new suite.

Love the stuff they stock. We've had an issue with the manufacture of a sofa and thier customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. It's not budget, but it's good quality and I love the stock and styles. Our go to place for furniture.
