This is my second purchase, online, from sofasofa. The first one lasted more than 15 years and apart from one or two stains remained one of the comfiest I have ever purchased. Despite a lot of searching I struggled to find anything as comfortable and in the size I wanted. I only replaced it because I had redecorated and had a complete change of colour scheme. I went for the Montana corner & a 2 seat sofa. I emailed the company to see if there was flexibility with colour options and was advised for an additional fee this could be done (not many places would do that) and they even sent swatches same day. I ended up choosing the pewter and I love it. From placing order to delivery I was kept updated and even received it sooner than expected. I can only hope it lasts as long as the previous. Would recommend this company to anyone. Company acknowledges buying online is a risk and allow you to return the sofa (terms and conditions apply) of you don’t like it.

Received an email advising that this review was posted 2 years ago. For anyone with any doubts about purchasing online/unseen from sofasofa, here’s an update. Sofa still looks amazing, minor spills have been removed easily with a cloth and a little damp water. Cushions remain firm and in excellent shape. Always complimented on how comfortable my sofa is. Updated photos taken today 04/2022 >2 years from purchased.

So reliable and communicative! I was send regular updates about my order and was always able to reach someone with questions. The delivery was easy, prompt, and well-organised. I LOVE my sofa and it was such a reasonable price!

We were looking for a brand new sofa for a brand new house. We had a long list of attributes for the sofa, had to be big but not too big, comfortable yet proper back support, wanted a quick delivery, earthy tones and so on a so forth. On a off chance, my partner mentioned about Sofa Sofa and off we went to Crumlin. I honestly had no hopes, the other stores had left me disappointed. But I was pleasantly surprised! They had a large showroom, we were given enough time to look around without sales people troubling us. We were given swatches. Once we were back ( we are close to London) I had still more questions. The staff was helpful, answered all of them patiently and then more. The delivery promise was met, two hour window was given and everything happened on time , smooth no problems at all! I am so glad we chose Sofa Sofa. We loved the Sofa and experience!

I have left this review until I can say how our suite is, we love them, had to change the room a few times until it’s where we wanted them and can honestly say thank you sofa sofa for an amazing service, the delivery was 10 out of 10 and so comfortable and so please with the quality.

A huge thank you to SofaSofa for yet another lovely piece of furniture. I've used this company many times and can't fault their service. Our new 'grand sofa' from the Blenheim collection is gorgeous and so comfortable.
The fabric protection came in useful one week after the sofa arrived. A spilt milky drink left a mark. The protection pack contained a spray, which I applied, and 1hr later - no sign of the mark.
We are both tall - 6' - and the height of this sofa (seat and back) is perfect for us. Upon advice from Erika at SofaSofa we removed the studs on the legs as the were really noisy on our slate floor. I've now put pads under the legs.

Absolutely delighted with our two sofas that we ordered from SofaSofa. They were a fantastic price, and arrived in just a few weeks. The two men who delivered the sofas were very helpful and professional during the delivery. The sofas themselves are extremely comfortable and great quality. Will definitely be using SofaSofa again.

When they came, I was very impressed. They looked beautiful, felt sturdy and built to last. Very comfy.
They came much quicker than expected and I love the fact that they are made by a family run business.

I’ve bought four or five Madras sofas over the years. I love that the covers are removable, machine washable and the sofa itself is a good comfortable piece of furniture. You need to plump and turn the cushions to help maintain “body”, as these are not foam cushions. Great price too.
