Had a 3+2 Piece sofa delivered from the Bay Furniture Company. Excellent customer service + Sofa. Went for the recliner fabric grey. Really good quality and nice and comfy. Delivered in less than a week from point of sale. Would recommend to others 👍🏻

Bought a bed, they dropped it off with no fixings. Said they’d send them out and didn’t. Even though I’ve asked three times. Started getting a fishy smell coming from the draws. Turns out it was the glue they used. Absolute shambles

Ordered a massive 6 seater Mazzini sofa and I live about 5 hours from the shop but this was no problem at all, constant communication and the delivery guys were great very polite and friendly. I would use this company again. Thanks team.

Bought 2x2 seater sofa and arm chair Monday and was delivered on the Wednesday and we are 4 hours away.
Was a bit apprehensive as not seen the sofa but was assured it was in excellent condition.
I had no need to worry it came in perfect condition

Brillaint experience. Like any consumer, you’re always skeptical of online purchases. It almost seemed too good to be true. Bay Company were incredibly professional - sent an invoice straight away to confirm receipt of payment. The sofas were delivered the following week by 2 friendly guys. They made sure the sofa was in the right position and cleaned up any mess. 10/10

The best furniture you could buy. No regrets buying my bed. Mattress is extra comfy never want to leave it and the staff are extremely kind and help you every step of the way. Fast shipping was a delight having it arrive as soon as it did. You will have no problems or anything when you buy furniture from here. Worth every penny 😁
