FW Homestores Newport

A very pleasant experience both times we visited the store in Newport. We weren't pressured. But Matthew was there when we needed help and happily answered all our queries politely and happily
I would definitely shop here again, and would reccomend to anyone

We picked our corner sofa based on the one in store, however when ours arrived, 5 weeks later the the original predicted date, (notified after we paid the deposit, and told we'd lose most of the deposit if we cancelled the order) it was put by two delivery men, (sub-contracted company by the seems).
A few days later we noticed a squeaking noise in the sofa, upon further inspection we noticed that there was a sofa bed inside, which wouldn't even unfold.

The instore sofa didn't have, (I even went back to check), the sales personnel had charged an extra £300 we were notified afterwards for the bed. We were told the sales personnel had left the company so now it was nothing they could do about it.
The sofa bed wasn't the issue however the squeaking noise was.

We were eventually sent another 'independent expert' that we were going to be charged £65+vat for. This was waivered as it had been installed incorrectly, straps were left on the bed hence why it wouldn't unfold and was squeaking.

The squeaking continued, and we were told had to "live with the squeaking".

Very poor after sales management, I personally wouldn't spend another £1 never mind the £3000 this sofa cost, in this store.

This could of simply been removed with four bolts and replaced with the traditional straps and upholstery (which I have had done professionally for £150).

Just thought I'd leave this here to help others, plenty of evidence if anyone would like to challenge my complaint.

Very gd service no pressure but must say Adam really helpful without pressure which is what i felt much more at ease and was able to purchase without been chased

If your in business and want to see how not to demonstrate customer service then visit this store I’ve never met such a disorganised rude sales team in all my years of purchases. rule of thumb is customer service leads to more sales unfortunately we will not recommend this store to anyone can’t stress enough how bad this place

Over the moon with our purchase, Tracy was a star, fantastic value high quality products and all delivered by Christmas, went to 4 other stores and none could match either price or delivery date. Would highly recommend, thank you

Came here just after Christmas and Tracy served us as well as a little help from another gentleman my partner new & the customer service was amazing! Tracey let us go around looking and was there instantly when we needed her to measure up for us! She even moved a sofa so we could vision it as we wanted! Would definitely recommend!!!

Excellent customer service delivered by Andrew, would definitely recommend this store for prices and customer care.

It's a a really nice store.
