We absolutely love the dining room table and bench that we purchased from Prince Handcrafted! The wood is beautiful and the turnaround time was very quick.

Poor Customer Service. Never received my item after two months of waiting and although I was told a replacement item was to be sent out this wasn’t received either. A refund was issued and has been received but no explanation was given as to why I never received the item. Seemingly has time to update websites and post on social media but not enough time to give good customer service to existing customers who had paid for their item and waited patiently. I don’t usually write bad reviews but this deserved one. I loved the look of the items and looked great quality but not a lot of use if you don’t ever receive the product and shame the customer service wasn’t to the same standard. Would not recommend.

Unbelievable service. My table is exactly what we asked for. Wouldn’t go any where else. Would highly recommend!

Ordered 2 office desks from Adam at Prince Handcrafted and over the moon with them. Superbly finished, top quality craftsmanship. From initial order through to delivery the process was hassle free. Arrived really well packaged and popping the legs on was a doddle due to pre drilled pilot holes. Highly recommended 👌

We bought a table from Prince Handcrafted at the beginning of the year, and the table top has warped quite badly, so much that it is completely unstable and unfit for purpose. I messaged the company via Etsy and via their website explaining the situation, and asked if we would be able to get a replacement, and even provided pictures. I have been completely ignored and cannot find a telephone number, so have no way of contacting them further. I'm not one for writing negative reviews, but I feel really upset and frustrated at the situation, as we now have a table we cannot use.

Lovely smelling candle called white Christmas , I have one in my bedroom and it's smells really nice , I would recommend it to any candle lover.
