Happy homes! 😂 my experience is far from happy! First delivery head board was incorrect and base to my divan was broken. Waited a further 2 weeks for a replacement. Again wrong base sent along with blood stains on the mattress. As soon as you’ve handed your money over they no longer care. The manager is part of the problem instead of being part of the solution. However the other guy is very helpful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make sure that I had the right colour and style I wanted.

Very disappointed spent over£1200 PN ITEMS THERE HAD ITEMS DELIVERED 2 TIME AND BOTH TIMES ITEMS WERE DAMAGE AND AT THE END OF IT ALLL I WAS NOT OFFERED ANYTHING FOR THE FUSS AND DISAPPIONTMENT WOULD NOT GO BACK AFTER ALL THIS TEREBLE CUSTOMER CARE

Orded bedroom furniture and living room furniture I was told it would take 6 weeks 10 weeks later no furniture phone a few times told they ring me back never dose I went in to the shop last Thursday I was told they'd ring me that day still waiting I payed them in full never pay them in full they don't care now they have had my money

Got a bed for son and daughter in law was broken within weeks Happy homes trying to make out it was put together wrong yeah right wouldn't buy anything from them again very rude manager

After a problem of not being able to get my new mattress up the stairs i went down to the shop chose a box matress and it was delivered within a few hours thank you so much

Absolute useless staff, taken over 6 months to try and resolve an issue, stay clear of this place, shop elsewhere
