My wife and I took our time to see all the different designs of the dining tables that they had available. We then slept on 3 of the designs and came back the following day. Tim was not pushy to sell on either day and helped us to see the different designs, matching them with different benches/chairs from the store. Tim not only found the design that we liked but also in a slightly different shape which fits our dining room perfectly. 10/10 for service and I would highly recommend going to have a look.

Excellent service with attentive and knowledgeable staff, and with a wide range of competitively priced furniture. We would like in particular to compliment Ian for his patience and understanding as we changed our minds a few times before buying a dining table and chairs!

Bought my new sofa from the Cardiff store and absolutely delighted with it! Beautiful sofa, great quality and super comfy. Customer service was amazing...nothing too much trouble and arranged for my sofa to be delivered before Christmas which no other store could do. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

Visited FW in Cardiff today, all of the staff were lovely but a special mention to Ian who helped us choose our sofa. Answered all the questions we had, wasn't over baring at all, super funny and easy to talk to.

Great selection of furniture at FW Homestores Cardiff. Bought dining and bedroom furniture, Tim Case was very knowledge and provided us with fantastic service, guided us all the way to make our choices. Definitely worth a visit.

Tim looked after us, very friendly, very helpful and not at all pushy. Picked our perfect sofa and the ordering process was quick and painless! Would definitely recommend
