Friendly staff, able to wander around the showroom at our leisure, looking at settees and sitting on many of them. Furniture is well laid out with room to walk around easily.

Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment you step through the doors. The quality and variety of furniture and fittings is exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend a visit.

Stay well away. Waited 16 months for 2 sofas, a chair and stool. By the time it was expected to be delivered I was moving house! So I cancelled. Bought dining furniture but when it was delivered it was damaged. Needed new sideboard door and table but they sent a technician with filler and crayons!! They couldn’t understand why I didn’t think it fair to pay full price for faulty goods. Sent it back. Won’t be buying from them again. I note they have high ratings from some who just comment on the showroom and choice of furniture but I question if they ever made a purchase. Awful attitude from some customer services employees.
