Sheridan Skips Lancashire

Staff are so rude and have no customer service skills. Would not recommend them if you require a good service. I’ve been been spoken to by any business the way this company has. Looks like I’m not the only person

Excellent service from start to finish. Good price, friendly telephone operatives, friendly drivers and a speedy service. Rang for a skip tomorrow and it came tomorrow rang a week later to say it was full and it was collected promptly... Thanks for such a great service to everyone I dealt with at Sheridan skips - will definitely hire my next skips from Sheridan. Thanks all :-)

After a quick chat with Ben in the office, explaining are situation and what we need to progress, he quickly arranged everything and we had a quick turnaround skip delivery and exchange system in place, the driver Mick was polite on time and capable.

I called this morning in a panic to hire a skip as I'm moving house tomorrow. After realising I had way to much stuff to take to the tip and finish packing in the same day. I called around and no one could offer a skip on short notice. Sheridan skips pulled through and saved the day. The customer service on the phone was fantastic and Roy the driver was literally the nicest guy I've ever met. If I could give 6 stars to this company I would.
They picked up the skip again 2 hours later and even offered to hang on a while in case I hadn't finished. Super professional all round well done team 👍

Thank you very much for such a fantastic service. Everyone we spoke to throughout the process of booking, delivery, paying and collection were lovely. Would highly recommend Quicker Skips. They even delivered and collected our skip in the same day.

Fantastic service. The staff helped me get a skip swapped at short notice. The driver was friendly and polite, said I should go get a brew while he sorted the skip out.
This is the second time I have used them and this has been the same both times.
Good service, friendly staff, absolutely top notch and would recommend to anybody needing a skip.

Really poor service. Recieved verbal abuse and a disgusting telephone manner from the lady driver and they are also ridiculously overpriced! i will never!! be using this company again and i would NOT recommend them to anybody also.
