Well organised, very helpful and polite and efficient staff. Have been impressed ever since moving to Chepstow, and used it frequently. Better than similar waste sites I've used over the border.

All straight forward, with Co Vid arrangements in place. Hope this method of booking a slot continues, although needs to get more technically advanced so that quicker slots can be looked for I.e. in the morning being able to get a slot same day.

A family member used the tip and got slightly confused with the new covid rules. He informed one of the work men that had previously suffered from a stroke and therefore gets confused a lot easier than most people and they could not be more helpful for him. A lady from the office even phoned him when he returned home to make sure he was OK.
