Poor customer service I'm afraid
I entered shop, whilst owner was on the phone but no acknowledgement that I was there...smile/nod / '1 minute 'finger or to person on other end of phone she was intending to culminate call. I stood behind her and searched prices for wool as none displayed and circular needles which were my intended purchases.I was in shop over 1 minute and i walked out when she moved to another part of shop to continue the call making me feel like I was interrupting her private call. I call that RUDE !!!

Been using the fabric house for years. Always got what I need if they don’t they get it in for me. Great quality curtains. Great service.

Lovely friendly staff. Really helpful could not do enough for my husband.
