We bought all of the stone products for our japanese garden from here and we are delighted with it. They provide lots of helpful guides with the order, for example how to create a water feature in addition to all the advice on plants etc on the website. The stone products, especially the water basin and lantern are beautiful and excellent quality. The customer service was outstanding as well - we ordered a tonne bag of mixed rocks and they contacted us with photos of a sample of sizes to see whether we wanted more smaller and medium size rocks or more large ones so they really work with you to help you achieve what you want from your project. Highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience purchasing online - very straightforward and efficient. Great customer service, including photos taken specifically for us and emailed to us, so that we could choose which specific products to buy (including Kaliwatu Nara lantern, feature stone, and three kneeling stones), and so we could see how the mixed cobbles look when wet and dry. Emails were very quick, friendly and helpful, our order was dispatched straight away, and everything on the pallet arrived securely wrapped and undamaged. They also included helpful printed advice (with photo) suggesting how we might place our kneeling stones. I'd certainly shop here again.
