Very happy with our new Japanese Cherry trees, delivered to our house by a friendly and helpful gentleman. The gentleman who helped us make our selection was also very helpful and knowledgable, thank you all.

Excellent range of plants and garden bits. The Paradise Cafe is Excellent too.

Great choice of plants, shrubs and trees. Really well kept garden centre. We were really impressed. Very friendly helpful staff too.

DO NOT believe the website not everyone is welcome.
DO NOT visit if you have a child you are made to feel most unwelcome.
The food is overpriced for what you get. (Very small, plain scone with butter and jam for £3).
The staff think they are a cut above everybody and perhaps they should remember after all it is a cafe attached to a nursery. It was not busy so I assume they would like every £ of business they can get.
My friend and I have both worked in roles that involved customer service and I have never ever been made to feel as I felt earlier today.
Needless to say neither of us will be returning and I have, as is the way told 3 people already of my appalling experience.

Beautiful plants, came across it by accident whilst on holiday, yes we bought some plants to take home, great selection and very healthy. We'll worth a visit.

Paradise Restaurant at Daleside Nurseries is not easy to find on the map. Some fine tuning on G Maps will fix that.
The food is extraordinary. Truly delicious taste and looks fabulous. The restaurant space is lovely as is the service. Some of the nicest food I’ve eaten.
Top team running Paradise should congratulate themselves. Going back with my most foody friends.

Nice local nursery, friendly staff and good selection but still seem to be heavily selling and using Peat based compost, hence the low score.
