Webbs, Cheltenham

Lovely garden centre. First time I have visited. A very good range of plants and gardening items available here. Plenty of lovely items on sale, and some great local food produce.
Cafe was nice. There is table service now due to covid.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Social distancing measures are good.
iPad track and trace system in place on cafe.

Webb's is a great garden centre near the beautiful town of Cheltenham. It has plenty of plants and loads of household items and accessories. It also has an excellent area with sheds and garden rooms. We visited this part and found them extremely helpful and informative. It's difficult now to find actual showrooms and if you're looking for a garden room/office visit Webbs.

There are some really nice things here, a good selection of plants makes it hard to chose what to have. Restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and the food is very nice. I go here quite often, usually to look for ideas. Worth a visit.

Very busy and staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Food arrived before drinks and was not what we ordered so sent it back. Waited around 10 mins for correct food to arrive. By this point still hadn’t been brought our drinks so had to ask for them. Had to specifically request cutlery, napkins and condiments. Bad service. Would not return. Lovely garden centre though.

Medium sized garden centre. Nice range of plants and lots of Christmas gear currently (visited in Oct). Not as many tools as some competitors. I didn't try the cafe so I can't comment.

Really bad service in the cafe. None of our food arrived at the same time, the children's arrived last. The milk for my tea was clearly off, went lumpy when poured. Staff said that it wasn't off and they wouldn't replace it, I couldn't even get a clean cup so I could drink the tea black. So paid for a drink I didn't have. I'm 2 weeks from having a baby so didn't really want to risk off milk!

Christmas has arrived. There are even places where you can take photos of your children. Great selection of decorations and gifts. As well as garden plants and products. The restaurant was busy so I didn't stop but the smells wafting towards me were lovely. Great for shopping or even window shopping 🙂

Busy at all times despite the lockdown restrictions.

All the areas, inside and out, were well stocked, and labelled clearly.

Not the cheapest of garden centres but based on our experience, the plants are excellent quality. They're certainly well looked after on site.

Can't fault the service either. The staff with whom we spoke were very helpful, especially Emma, despite being rushed.

Car park is a bit small and not everyone adheres to the clearly marked one way system. 😂
