Silversprings Garden Centre

Our favourite go to for many many years. Staff and customer service second to none in main garden centre and Restaurant and coffee shop.

OMG. We went today for a Sunday brunch meal. We both had the Sunday roast - this was unbelievably FANTASTIC!!! Better than homemade. First - it was hot and on a hot plate, which made a huge difference. The meal was big, soft thick meat, gravy, Yorkshire puddings, stuffing, roast potatoes, 6 different vegetables and sauces. Everything was soo tasty and perfectly cooked - and HOT!!! My husband and I didn’t’t talk to each other - we were too busy eating. And all for £10!!! I would have happily paid double. The surroundings and staff were calm and welcoming. We walked around the garden centre and could see that there are big plans for Christmas. Please go here and enjoy the food in a beautiful open and airy cafe/restaurant. Absolutely TOP quality!!! Thanks you so much to all the team involved. :) :) :)

Very impressive café and garden centre, just limited parking spaces.

Terrible service.
Ordered a scone with my meal, both meal and scone came out at same time, scone was inedible.
Staff tried to blame me for waiting too long to eat my scone (scones do not go bad after 45 mins) and said it was a policy to bring all food out together.

1st staff member admitted it was a bad batch and said there had been many complaints about the scones, offered to swap for something else, then changed her mind and refused to swap.
2nd staff member was rude, arrogant and argumentative and would not swap, instead offered a refund that we are still waiting on nerly a week later.

Will never come back

It was very cold and not nice at all needs to have some sort of heat in there well not be going there for some time

The staff are lovely and happy to explain all the plans for the new year.
Had a coffee and fish and chips on the £10 lunch menu. Huge portion and tasted great. Very relaxed and warming surroundings.
We will be back very soon

A lovely experience at the cafe today. As a coeliac, it was a treat to have a gluten free toastie! Bacon, brie and cranberry 😋 I also love the decor- very modern with a wooden/plant theme throughout. I just wish my house was as nicely decorated and furnished!
