We did a private alpaca trek. It was great fun. Thank you to Lily for looking after us and letting us get up close to Nuzzle and Scratch!

We did the Halloween trail today and it's by far the best! Followed by the perfect hot chocolates at the woodland bistro onsite. Would recommend checking this place out, it really is a hidden gem. The alpacas are lovely and the view from the lookout point in the woods is just beautiful.

Had an amazing time looking round stalls at the Christmas market today after having an amazing breakfast with santa! Food was amazing and coffee was the best I've ever had. Would highly recommend this magical place to people looking for something new and outdoors. The gardens were beautiful this morning with frost, very picturesque. Staff were really helpful and welcoming.

Attended recently breakfast with Santa .
The staff were really friendly and went out of the way to show our kids the Alpacas and feed them which they loved, they were brilliant with the children. I think Breakfast with Santa is such a brilliant unique idea but it definitely could’ve been made more magical. It didn’t look any different (no extra decorations) than the normal setting and lacked atmosphere, I was expecting a little more magic for an event but it was a bit disappointing. I think next year if they really made it special it could be brilliant!
We’ve attended their Halloween event for kids and loved it so I think I was comparing it to this

I took my children to the SEN Father Christmas on Christmas Eve. My daughter, aged 6, is autistic and she absolutely loved it. It was calm and relaxed and wonderfully festive. My son, aged 8, also loved it. Everything was perfectly thought out and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for offering events like this as many SEN families are unable to access days out and are all too often overlooked. Thanks again for offering such an exclusive experience 😊

Visit to Father Christmas. Definitely not worth the money we paid! Staff that were there, were definitely not trained to do the jobs they were given. Not the nicest welcome to start it off, then followed by the shortest walk leading to a tent where you wait to see Father Christmas. There was someone dressed as an elf who just talks rubbish at the kids while you wait. My children were excited but then became inpatient after a 15 minute wait, getting wet under the tent due to condensation. They could have had Christmas music playing or something to make it less painful especially with the elf annoying us all. My children were asked what their names were before going to see Santa (again a little disappointed they couldn’t get that right to make it more magical for the children) so we did not have the same experience as what other visitors are saying they had. Seeing Father Christmas wasn’t too bad but not the best either. One thing that really annoyed me was, my son who is 10 months old got a puzzle book (aged 3 years +) as his gift! Honestly they couldn’t even get that right! Will definitely not be going back there ever again.

From start to finish what an amazing Christmas experience ! Absolutely fantastic for all the family , the lights leading to Santa were great and there was plenty of photo opportunities on the way ,the elves went out of their way to get the children into the Christmas spirit holding hands together singing songs and even getting our baby involved. Santa was great and was personal to each child taking time to talk about their wishes and how they were getting on. We were even lucky enough to play in the snow with Santa which was something we’d never experienced. The fact you can take your own pictures is also very cost effective! Very well organised and would recommend to everyone.

Thank you Tinsel, Cinnamon and Santa ! See you next year x

Loved the grotto - such a warm & caring team. Cinnamon elf was so kind & friendly with the kids. Great day out - the coffee was great quality too. Really special family atmosphere.
