I often bring my Grandad and my two year old and four year olds sons here to the cafe for lunch. The staff are so friendly and just wonderful with the boys. They are always happy to make a child’s sized portion of sandwiches, and ask what salad they’d like on their plates - which they make for the children as we order, to keep them occupied. So thoughtful - as this helps to ensure the children are fed quickly, and are very content whilst I get a chance to have a chat and drink with my Grandad.

I visited here for the first time this week to get some plants for my newly designed garden. All the plants were in an excellent condition and there was plenty of choice too. I managed to get everything I was after in one trip which saved me a lot of time. The staff were extremely pleasant, polite and very helpful. The centre is located in a quiet location in the countryside not far from my new home and it was a pleasure to support an independent business. I shall certainly return and recommend you to all I know.

Very grumpy man who works there, intimidating and not helpful. No sense of humour and uninformed. Thought I was just a young female who knew nothing about plants and criticised rather than help. Also not good with kids. I've been before and had this the last time I asked about a tree ( got sniggered at ) definitely will be driving a few miles further down the road where service is nicer ( the ladies on the till however are very nice )

A good old fashioned style of garden centre where you can ask questions and get proper answers, the coffee shop was fab with coffee the way my nan used to make.

What a refreshing change at the cafe Natasha made, warm, welcoming and wonderful service. Complete change to last time I was there. Thoroughly enjoyed myself and had a lovely browse in the shop while getting some essentials
