It was a great place to visit. So many items to chose from I think you could find most garden items you needed. There is a really big restaurant but a bit on the expensive side.

There is a children’s claiming frame (£6 for 30 minutes) at the rear of the restaurant with some great outside seating so you can grab a coffee and watch the kids.

A nice clean pet secession with snakes, rats rabbits etc.

The whole place was nice and clean.

I've never been to such a disappointing garden centre. If you like plants, then don't go here. Its very expensive for everything other than annuals coupled with a poor selection.
The playground for kids is huge and very busy and noisy. Perfect for kids.
Unfortunately, I went to find some poppies and foxgloves. Run of the mill plants.
Firstly the staff had no clue where to look, then to my surprise they had two poppies which were nearly dead and only a handful of foxgloves, most in a really poor condition and still pricey.

One of the best Garden centres around, good pest free plants at a reasonable price. The café is also one of the best layout and functional I have been too, the outside play area is safe for your kittle ones when the weather allows and now the Circus 🎪 is in town.

This was my daughter favourite place... we are on holiday in UK from Dubai so she loved the Sky Trail. It was busy but all the staff were friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit to Planters and I was generally impressed by the standard. When we spoke to the staff, they were unfailingly polite and helpful, and unhesitatingly went the extra mile to help us, whether it was finding a product for us, or dealing with a food allergy. I would especially like to praise the young girls working at the tills. They are a real credit to the store. There were only two small problems - we had a long wait for food and the floor in the disabled toilet was wet. I suspect this was because staff levels were low today. The restaurant seating inside and out is excellent, and the play areas and Skytrail look fantastic, with something for kids and adults of all ages. There is an excellent selection of plants and garden supplies, and generally the plants are in good condition and well tended.

We went there at Christmastime 2022 and the place was decked out with an amazing Victorian and Edwardian style, adding to the experience. The staff responsible for the displays had put a huge amount of work into the fine details. The whole place was buzzing with activity and it was an incredibly exciting atmosphere. They had a wide range of diverse products and gifts available. I think there might have been some plants outside somewhere, too but I didn’t see them.

Great place to have a walk around, they do have some small animals to look at thats great for kids.
The stuff for sale is on the expensive side but it seems to be good quality.

We recently went to take our son to visit Santa and would recommend it, great experience
Plenty of parking on site.
