Singletons Nurseries

I popped into singletons nursery to get some emergency top soil about 500l, as everywhere else was unable to do same day delivery. Singletons delivery service was fully booked but the kind ladies assisted me with my top soil situation. It was an absolute emergency for me as I was leaving the country and was making a surprise potager for the wife. The ladies did everything to help me get my topsoil on the same day.

In all honesty I was shocked by the above and beyond customer service I received from 3 different ladies from singletons on the same day and the driver who went out of his way for me.

Thanks for the above and beyond customer service I received on 1 June 2022. From now on I won't go anywhere else. Keep up the fantastic work.

Excellent garden centre, lovely plants and shop. The Potting Shed cafe and restaurant is great. Lovely home made food. The scotch egg and cakes are to die for. Lovely staff and service too.

Nipped in for breakfast, greeted by Laura who showed us to table, service was excellent and breakfast just great, compliments to the chef called Lisa who cooked food to perfection. Great cafe with excellent staff.

I don’t usually do reviews, but the service from singletons nurseries was more than expected. From the phone order to the delivery was absolutely great. Highly recommended and I will be going there again. 5* service and extremely polite

Had a meal here with my wife and was pleasantly surprised how great the food was. Being part of a gardening centre I wasn’t expecting much but very impressed. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Lovely tearoom, we was last there for Breakfast with Santa, arranged to meet our daughter there today for lunch. We ordered coffee & a teacake whilst we waited for our daughter to arrive but we was informed at 12.40 that they needed the table back at 13.00. Unfortunately we had to go elsewhere.

The food was very nice, not too keen on the filter coffee. Staff were kind, courteous and attentive. Will definitely go again.
