Lovely garden centre. Brought some bedding plants very reasonably priced. A good variety of plants and water Fountains. Selection of garden tools and furniture. Well situated good parking. Amazing little cafe with very good home made food. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

What a fabulous day out at Skylark Garden . Great large and mini maize , has a catapult water fight area (take spare cloths unless warm day), zip wire, go karts for adults and children well supervised by staff , large bouncy beach castle , giant haystack to climbe , 3 large Tower sack floors, tractor rides, scarecrow ball shooter, 2pm pig racers , great excitement seeing them run around circuit. Plenty of eating and drinking places. Family ticket very good value, all staff fantastic and attentive to rides ,

2nd year visiting Skylark for Halloween 🎃. Always lots of fun activities to do with the kids which is included in the price of the ticket. We find ourselves here for 3-4 hours.

My only gripe is how expensive the food and drinks are. For a child's snackbox- sandwich, Freddie frog chocolate & yoghurt and crisps cost £8 and that does not include a drink! This is ridiculous when you are paying £8. The cheapest drink was £1.69 and that was a fruitshoot.

If it weren't for having to pay for tickets to enter skylark I could understand and accept the high cost expense on the food and drink. But when you are paying an entrance fee which is nearly as much as a child's fee which again I think needs reviewing as the adult isn't doing any of the activities only the kids are.

Entered cafe at 2.55pm, 4 members of staff behind the counter and a couple of tables occupied. Told to take a seat and they would be be with us with a menu. Sat for several minutes when a member of staff came up gave menu and said coffee and cake only after 3pm it was one minute past! Felt that when we walked in the staff looked at us as though or great timing! They purposely waited until 3.01 to come over!
I live local and had previously been on a number of occasions but won’t be visiting again, staff attitude stinks!

Our first time eating there. Arrived early as pleased we did as by 12.30 the restaurant was full. The food was really good, good portions for a very reasonably price. Will definitely have to eat there in the future.

We visited the Santa's Grotto!! And WOW!!!!
the best by far so much interaction for the kiddies and a lovely gift at the end. I would 100% highly recommend this for a vist and will definitely be returning.
A massive thank you from the Moore Family

Very good selection of all things garden related.
Some were too expensive for me, others good value.
Toilets very clean, with sanitiser available.
Only let down for me, and anyone who has walking/standing problems was the lack of any seating, except in the café. Hence not 5*. Home now and suffering.
We did eat in the café.

Heard great things about this place. Considering it was the peek time of the year Christmas I had big expectations but I was very disappointed. The Christmas display was pathetic. Opportunity missed for the business I think. Cafe okay but small. Will not revisit. Sorry.
