Lovely calm place to eat and great selection of cakes!
What let’s this place down is how long it takes even to just get an americano, making one drink at a time and handing it out then waiting again doing nothing and holding the jug watching the milk steam is such a slow way of service and I can see the staff don’t like to deal with complains but also don’t get trained so that they give service good enough to not receive the amount of complaints they get, it’s a domino effect that could be easily sorted!

A nice place where you can buy most of your stuff, like flowers 🌸 Christmas decorations 🎀 sweets 🍭 clothes from a good shop, shoes from Pavers and other things that you don't find in regular supermarkets. They have a place to eat as well, good breakfast 🍳 and coffee-making facilities, a nice place where your child can play, the only problem with the place it's there's no heating inside, it would be nice if they consider this subject for further improvements, especially at this time of year when it's really cold 🤒 outside. After all the place is good.

Julie was a very helpful and patient member of staff. She spent some considerable time finding my "lost" card and helping to make it a + card. Items purchased were cancelled and then re-ordered which meant a double saving of 30% Cookware a 20% special discount. Savings more than paid for lunch.
Thank you Julie,

Cafe busy with over 10 people queuing to pay, only one member of staff working. After getting to the front of the queue I was informed there were no jacket potatoes left, so walked out.

Will not bother with this place again as they have become a Supermarket/Gift shop rather than a Garden Centre

Nice garden centre, having alot of outdoor stuff as well as indoor things.
There's an indoor restaurant, and a dog area for restaurant users.
An aquarium department too.
Many indoor house hold goods, as well as plants..
An ever growing food section too.
Pet section..
Exactly opposite Harlestone woods, so the garden centre is very popular especially at weekends..
Alot of the goods have offers on if you have a dobbies card, so I'd suggest getting one before you get to the till !!

Borrowed a wheelchair which was rusty and only one brake worked which was dangerous and the other break barely worked .Very hard to push so after a nice lunch headed back to the car instead of looking around the shop floor. Need to invest in better wheelchairs even if you have to leave a deposit to use one.

I do not like the threatening notices they put up about parking. Fair enough in car Park just outside store ,but not in overflow car park. Not necessary
Shame regatta is no longer there. What is the point of that Sainsburys concession . Do not like the closure of side entrance either
