Reasonable selection of shrubs, trees, house and bedding plants here as well as tools and everything a gardener needs to spend all day in their garden. Barbecue equipment ,charcoal wood burners, olive wood etc for those wishing to invite friends round for outdoor dining then cozy up in front of a roaring fire are all in stock! Good selection of compost too to top up your borders and pots, as well as the pots themselves. Bought several small olive trees from this branch as well as pleached evergreen oaks, pittosporums, topiary shaped euonymous etc, all over a year ago and they are all thriving. Rob is the expert who helped us and ordered in items that weren't immediately in stock for us. Sadly there is no restaurant and I think that's a BIG mistake so we go to Godstone branch for delicious freshly cooked food.

Great place to purchase all sorts of plants. They have so many varieties. I can spend hours looking around. Will definitely go back again.

This afternoon I purchased 3 trays of plants and carried them to the checkout in plastic basket.

It would have been obvious to the checkout assistant that I would need a box to carry them to my car but this was not offered to me.

In the process of putting the trays in a box on a nearby shelf I dropped 2 trays and the plants fell on the floor and compost around the young plants came off and I had to scrape up the compost with my hands to salvage the plants. It was my fault but no assistance was offered to me and the assistant grumbled that she would have to sweep up the compost.

In contrast, at another nearby nursery a little earlier the assistant found a large used tray for plants I had purchased.

Brought my mother-in-law to visit to pick up some bedding plants and shrubs we where very disappointed by the service we received. Lovely plants but staff seem to be more interested in socialising then working. Very disappointed and will not be returning. We Went to a lovely garden centre just up the road family run who were extremely polite and more than willing to help us.

I found it to be a dangerous environment with an unattended hosepipe stretching the length of an aisle. It was an accident waiting to happen.

Little of everything here it seems good for any gardener be in expert or novice. Bonus right now some of there plants are 50% off!

Before I start it must be noted that I'm no gardening expert. We visited the garden centre on our friends recommendation and we were not disappointed. The whole centre is run like clockwork the inside of the building was immaculate and the range of flowers, compost etc was extensive. The staff were friendly and attentive. A very pleasant experience. Highly recommended for a visit

Good offering of garden items, plants and bbqs , however, was made to feel like I had wronged the cashier in some way. Ignored whilst 4 conversed for around a minute, only noticed when we put the stuff down to walk out, I stupidly decidedly to then purchase then given ditry looks when getting into my car. Won't be rushing back again
