Lovely garden centre. Cafe is nice. Food is fresh.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had a problem there

Santa’s grotto has just opened and prices are resonable. Reindeers arrived today with Santa on his sleigh. Kids were made up

Great garden centre, always lots of choice and over the years has helped us turn our back garden into a little Oasis.

Prices are competitive and loads of helpful staff with advice on what to plant and where to locate.

Highly recommended.

Arrived at 11.10 to be told that breakfast had finished, despite the fact that the menu clearly states that breakfast is available until 11.45.
There were 3 dried-up sausages and a pot of beans left on display! We were told that lunch stated at 12 noon. It was a case of wait 45 mins or have no meal at Sefton Meadows Garden centre. Customer service?
We won't be going back any time soon.

Hi a wonderful time seeing Santa today the staff were beautiful smiling so help my granddaughter loved it how ever we went over to Rosie to get a bite to eat no please don’t bother the most vile woman serving only asked her for a menu and she flipped there only 2 staff then some smart arse kid come out laughing at me it was time to leave before I was sent to jail anyway went back over to the garden centre spoke with 2 managers who were absolute gentleman couldn’t apologise enough I do hope the two vile people get what’s coming but staff are hard to find hence them been employed there , five star service to the garden centre staff the had a 100% class

Warning regarding Christmas lights!!! Do not buy. Purchased the pictured lights last year for ~£75. Used once during Christmas 2021. Plugged in for Christmas 2022 to find less than 1/5 of the lights are working. I took them back for an exchange and while the manager at first clearly agreed that this shouldn't happen and was bemused at why so many were off, he nipped into the back office and then come back (after googling what he can get away with) to say even with a receipt he won't provide an exchange as "I might have left them up all year". Have spent a lot of money here over the years. Not any more. Currently arranging full refund through credit card company.

Beautiful little Christmas grotto! Santa was brilliant!

Went and cleaned the car here and had beer in the cafe/restaurant whilst we waited.
Great little place staff were amazing, food looked decent enough..
My only gripe being it's a garden center but had fake plants but hey ho next car needs washing I'll be in for a beer

Great 40% Christmas sale,
Cafe was cold but we did attend on a blowy cold day, the food was nice especially the tuna melt pannii, plenty of filling
Looking forward to going bk when the weather is warmer
