Caerphilly Garden Centre

You can really find pretty much everything there. Plants quality is overall good. Strawberry plants don't seem to be doing well compared to ones I got from another garden centre. Others so far are alright. Got some alpines and planters with decorative stone for them - very pleased. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Got a climbing rose and Mahonia based on a recommendation

Excellent garden centre. Well laid out with a good range of products. Staff very helpful. I was able to ask for lots of advice as a first time gardner. Plenty of parking and good accessibility for people with all types of disabilities.

This review is for the coffee shop. We went in for coffee and a wonder on our way through. When we found the restaurant there was about 7 people before us in the queue, they had been waiting over 10 minutes. There was only one person serving, 5 watching and the coffee station a mess. Stayed only a few minutes and left.

I love this place, it always has a great selection of rare indoor plants but also common beautiful plants that everyone loves such as scindapsus pictus, a number of variety of pothos, succulents, alocasias... I also love the unique pots you can find there. The outdoor plant section is massive. Another reason to visit is that they also sell home decor items such as Yankee candles, dry flowers but also accessories such as hats and scarves.

Been here a few times but leaving this review after a good experience today. The house plants were in a mini heated greenhouse due to the cold weather and a man called Anthony helped me and my girlfriend around. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and deserves recognition.

I've been going here since I was a kid and I've never been disappointed. Great selection of indoor/outdoor plants, and great mix of flowers/plants/vegetables/herbs etc. They get a good amount of Christmas ştock in at the right time of year and the jewel in the crown is they have a cracking cafe. Bravo Caerphilly Garden Centre 👏

I go to garden centres to buy, to learn and for plant therapy... I don't like making negative comments but I feel this is the least friendly of garden centres in the area. The staff are always talking to each other but not the customers. I don't feel 'garden creative' there or inspired to buy. Whilst in The Palms cafe in December, they lost two tables of customers as there was only one person working there. At one stage she was dealing with stock and then she was on the phone with her back to waiting customers so they all walked out. I'm so sorry to write this.

Went for morning coffee in the cafe. Very enjoyable. Then into the garden centre, unable to locate the shrub that I wanted. Asked for assistance. Very polite helpful assistant took me directly to the shrub I was seeking.
