Took petrol self propelled mower in for full service. Picked up couple of days later. Went to mow the lawn and propulsion not engaging properly. Worked fine before service. Took it back. Initially tried to tell me that service did not include propulsion parts. I said it worked when I brought it in, I expected it to work after full service. Pleased to say they sorted it for no extra charge having replaced the drive belt. Don't think anyone expects to get something back in a worse condition than when it went in and pay for the privilege. Anyway, all sorted. Thank you. Nice lines on lawn now. ❤️

Nice place to shop. Cafe food pretty poor. Steak pie was like cardboard with little evidence ic meat. Tasteless stewed veg.
Fish and chips utterly tasteless. How they gave achieved thus feat is beyond me.
Shop and range very good though. Nice play area for the children

Loved this garden centre. Really friendly staff in the cafe. Small yet entertaining soft play for the little ones. Prices of good were much more reasonable than other garden centres I've been to. Would def visit next time I'm in the area.

We always go to this place around Christmas time but over the years Charlie's Stores have gone down hill in quality but up with prices. This year we bought a leemax Christmas ornament only to get it home and find it shop soiled and missing parts . Customer service were unapologetic but promised to send missing parts by post. A lot of stuff here you can get from Amazon cheaper so we just window shop from now on . It's a pity because years ago this place was fantastic ...

Always a great range of goods in a lovely environment - especially the cook shop, wooden toys, some labels at discounted prices and Christmas displays. Garden centre is good too. We have visited regularly in our last decade of living in the Oswestry area and often take family and guests when staying who are surprised at all there is to offer.

Wet Monday towards the end of November but it was heaving. So much so that for the hour or so we were there the queues for lunch didn't subside- otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Lots to see and lots to buy and lots of parking. Christmas gifts and decorations very well laid out.

Such a great duo of stores. One of the best garden centres in the country in my opinion. And the country store next door is awesome! Worth a long afternoon out
